Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food and well-trained crew. You’ll keep the line clean and running, monitor temps and safety checklists, and help resolve incidents to maintain excellent service.

You’ll also coach front-of-house staff and participate in office duties as needed. You have restaurant experience, a high school diploma, knowledge of cash handling and food safety, and you can communicate effectively in

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high quality, great tasting food is served
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety practices
• Monitor line temperature and Daily Food Safety Checklist
• Resolve customer incidents and maintain positive customer experiences
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules
• Cross-train front-of-house crew and support performance reviews
• Assist in developing future Service Leaders and routine office duties
