Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, while training the restaurant crew. The role requires staying on your feet, keeping a clean line, and assisting with tasks when not busy.

You will help resolve food quality issues, monitor line schedules, and develop front-of-house staff for future leadership roles. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the work location language.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/ temp checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and functioning equipment.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew.
