Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, quality food and a positive customer experience. You will keep the line clean and staffed, train crew members, and support daily operations from food safety to office tasks.

You will monitor breaks and line schedules, assist with performance reviews, and help develop future Service Leaders while upholding Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy and standards across front-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served
• Helping to resolve food quality issues
• Supporting food safety which includes hand washing, glove changes, and temperature checks
• Helping to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
• Helping to monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
• Developing and cross training all front of house Crew
• Assisting with Crew performance reviews
• Developing future Service Leaders
• Assisting with miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork
• Ensuring office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered
• Ensuring the proper quantity of supplies are available
