Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by delivering safe, high‑quality food and maintaining a well‑trained crew. You’ll lead on the line, monitor food safety and line timing, handle cash procedures, train front‑of‑house staff, review performance, and support administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health department matters.
• Ability to understand, speak, read and write in the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, and Daily Food Safety Checklist adherence.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties including banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are ordered.
