Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service.

You will keep a clean, organized line with functioning equipment, monitor breaks and shift changes, cross-train front-of-house crew, assist with performance reviews, and support office tasks such as banking and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Maintain a clean, organized line with functioning equipment.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development.
• Help develop future Service Leaders.
• Support basic office tasks such as banking and paperwork.
• Ensure office supplies are ordered and office equipment works.
