Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience and high-quality food service. You will keep the line clean, supervise the crew, and assist with scheduling, training, and cross-training front-of-house staff.

You will also support office tasks, uphold food safety standards, and help with performance reviews and development of future leaders. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in food safety practices and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Coordinate crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules; assist with crew training and evaluations.
• Support office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork.
• Develop future Service Leaders and assist with performance reviews.
