Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is Hiring for a Service Leader responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. You will supervise the restaurant crew, maintain cleanliness and proper equipment operation, and assist with training and development.

The role emphasizes food safety, customer service, and operational support. The position requires the ability to stand for long periods, work shifts, and participate in office duties such as

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature monitoring.
• Monitor line operations and assist with incidents to ensure positive customer experiences.
• Oversee crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties (banking, cash handling, paperwork).
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked.
