Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and to keep the restaurant crew well trained for excellent customer service.

The role involves leading on the line, monitoring food safety, scheduling, and supporting various front-of-house tasks while assisting with administrative duties. Chipotle offers tuition assistance, free meals, health insurance, paid time off, and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment and ensure high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Support food safety practices, including hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature controls.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with training and performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration duties and ensure supplies are available.
