Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience and ensure safe, high‑quality food is prepared and served. The role includes training crew, keeping the line clean, and supporting operations to deliver great service.

The position requires a high school diploma, restaurant experience, and knowledge of food safety. You will work in a fast-paced environment and help manage crew schedules and training across front-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to understand and communicate in the primary language of the location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served and maintained on the line.
• Help resolve food quality issues and maintain food safety standards.
• Monitor hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature, and daily safety checklists.
• Resolve customer incidents and strive for positive experiences.
• Coordinate crew breaks, shifts, meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Support development of future Service Leaders and assist with office duties.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are managed and stocked.
