Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, quality food and outstanding customer service. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, organized line, training crew, and supporting daily restaurant operations to uphold Chipotle’s standards.

You will supervise frontline staff, monitor line timing, contribute to training programs, and assist with office duties as required. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or fast-casual service preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety regulations and health department requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and equipment functioning; train and support restaurant crew.
• Monitor breaks, shifts, and line schedules; assist with office duties as needed.
• Provide performance feedback and help develop future Service Leaders.
