Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe and high-quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant line clean and well-set with functional equipment. You will guide and train crew, monitor shifts, and help develop future Service Leaders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Restaurant experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew training, performance reviews, and development of future Service Leaders.
• Oversee shifts, breaks, line schedules and staff coverage.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies are stocked and office equipment functions properly.
