Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Ability to read/write/speak the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and with properly functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in and assist when not busy.
• Ensure great tasting food and help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf-life monitoring, follow safety checklists.
• Resolve customer incidents and promote positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders; assist with office administration duties.
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are ordered; manage supply levels.
