Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring food safety, quality, and speed of service. You will train and supervise the restaurant crew, maintain a clean line, and handle breaks and shift scheduling.

Ideal candidates bring high school diploma, restaurant experience, and solid knowledge of cash handling and food safety. The role includes office duties and opportunities for growth within a values-driven, equal-opportunity team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety practices and health department matters.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with completing and filing office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand English in a work setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment; assist when busy.
• Monitor breaks, shifts, meetings, and line schedules for the crew.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew; participate in performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration tasks such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are ordered; manage inventory of supplies.
• Support to develop future Service Leaders and provide training to the team.
