Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and trained crew. You will keep the line clean and operations smooth, stepping in when busy and helping with tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant experience, a high school diploma, and a practical understanding of cash handling, food safety, and team leadership to nurture future Service Leaders.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience and a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, temps, and safe line operations.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules; assist with training and evaluations.
• Assist with office administration duties and maintain supplies.
