Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. The role includes keeping the line organized, training crew, and supporting with office duties and schedules.

Expected to lead a team, monitor food safety, and drive great guest experiences while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy and policies.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, read, write English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork.
• Monitor breaks, shifts, and line schedules to optimize operations.
