Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. You will also train the restaurant crew and maintain a clean, organized line with functioning equipment. This is a hands-on role requiring standing on the floor and assisting others when not busy.

The position emphasizes food safety, customer service, and crew leadership, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Able to speak/read/write the primary language of the work location.

Responsabilités

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks.
• Monitor line and schedule; assist with breaks and shifts.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with future leaders.
