Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high quality food is prepared and served, while keeping a well-trained crew and a clean, organized line.

The role requires on-your-feet work, with opportunities to develop future Service Leaders and participate in cross-training and performance reviews. Competitive benefits and advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Helping to resolve food quality issues.
• Supporting food safety, including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature control, and shelf life monitoring.
• Helping to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Developing and cross training front-of-house crew.
• Assisting with crew performance reviews.
• Developing future Service Leaders.
• Assisting with miscellaneous office administration duties and keeping office supplies stocked.
