Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader in Fuquay-Varina, NC to uphold safe, high-quality food standards and train a restaurant crew. You’ll keep the line organized, supervise service, and support daily operations while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have restaurant experience, strong cash handling knowledge, and understanding of food safety regulations. This role emphasizes leadership development and collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Proficiency in speaking, writing, reading and understanding the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature checks, shelf life monitoring, and daily safety checklist.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked.
