Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. The role requires keeping a clean line, training crew, and providing strong customer service.

You will monitor breaks, shifts, and line schedules, cross-train staff, and assist with admin duties while upholding Chipotle's standards and policies. Prior restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and equipment functioning properly.
• Supervise crew with breaks, shifts, and meetings.
• Cross-train front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office tasks such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies are stocked and office equipment works.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
