Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and well organized; ensure equipment functions properly.
• Supervise and train crew; assist with scheduling and breaks.
• Support with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks and paperwork as needed.
