The role emphasizes food safety, responsible line management, and delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining line quality, resolving food issues, supervising breaks and shifts, training front-of-house staff, and supporting administration tasks.

Qualifikationen

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiar with food safety and health department matters.
• Able to read/write basic work-location languages.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks.
• Monitor line equipment and daily safety checks.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Assist with office administration tasks (banking, paperwork).
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are in order.
