Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader in North Ridgeville, OH to maintain an exceptional guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. This role focuses on keeping a clean, organized line and reliable equipment while guiding staff on service standards.

You’ll supervise front-of-house operations, monitor breaks and shift changes, develop the crew, and support office tasks to keep the restaurant running smoothly. Previous restaurant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and break/shift coordination.
• Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties and supplies.
