Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Westlake, OH is hiring a Service Leader to safeguard a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and by keeping the restaurant crew well trained. The role requires staying on their feet, supporting task completion, and maintaining a clean, organized line with functional equipment.

You’ll help resolve customer issues, monitor breaks and shifts, develop front-of-house staff, and assist with office duties.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters
• Familiarity with office paperwork
• Ability to read/write English in work location

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served
• Help resolve food quality issues
• Support food safety: hand washing, gloves, time/temperature checks, shelf life, Daily Food Safety Checklist
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes and line schedules
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew
• Assist with Crew performance reviews
• Develop future Service Leaders
• Assist with office administration tasks (banking, cash handling policies, office paperwork)
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked
