Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food and that the restaurant crew is well trained and delivers great service. You will keep the line clean, organized, and fully functional, while actively supervising on-shift tasks and supporting crew development.

You’ll lead front-of-house teams, assist with crew performance reviews, schedule breaks, and help implement food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and working equipment.
• Supervise crew, schedule breaks, and support training and development.
• Address customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Assist with office duties and supplies as needed.
