• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and properly functioning equipment.
• Support food safety practices: hand washing, gloves, time/temperature, shelf lives, Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with training.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking and cash handling policies.
• Ensure office supplies are ordered and available.
