Qualifications

• High school diploma required; restaurant experience preferred.
• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department matters.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience with safe, quality food.
• Keep the line clean and equipment functioning; train crew.
• Schedule breaks, shifts, meetings, and line coverage.
• Assist with crew development and performance reviews.
• Support office duties and cash handling policies as needed.
