Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and an excellent customer experience. You will keep the line running smoothly, train crew members, and support scheduling, inventory, and office tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew; assist with crew performance reviews.
• Schedule line duties, breaks, and shift changes; assist with office administration as needed.
• Develop future Service Leaders and support crew through cross-training.
