Qualifications

• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Experience with office paperwork and basic administrative tasks.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents to maintain positive experiences.
• Support food safety practices: hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature monitoring, daily safety checklist.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules; assist with training and performance reviews.
• Assist with office admin duties and ensure supplies and equipment are in working order.
