Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant line clean and organized. You will train crew, monitor schedules, and support office tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate has restaurant experience, understands cash handling policies, and can communicate effectively in English. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and growth opportunities within Chipotle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety practices including hand washing, glove changes and time/temperature monitoring.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with miscellaneous office administration and office paperwork.
