Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring for a Service Leader responsible for upholding a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food and a well-trained crew. The role emphasizes strong food safety, line organization, and leadership to continuously improve operations across the restaurant.

You will help monitor shifts, train front-of-house staff, and assist with administrative duties while maintaining a clean, efficient service line and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Must have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and equipment functioning; train crew to standards.
• Monitor time and temperature on the line and ensure daily food safety checks are followed.
• Resolve customer incidents and support positive experiences.
• Oversee crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with training and evaluations.
• Support with office tasks such as banking and paperwork and ensure supplies are available.
