Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience, ensure safe and quality food, and lead a well-trained crew. You will supervise line operations, monitor schedules, and support front-of-house training.

The role requires working on your feet, strong cash handling knowledge, and familiarity with food safety policies. Previous restaurant experience and a high school diploma are required.

• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences
• Support office duties such as banking and paperwork
