Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and outstanding guest service.

You’ll keep the line clean, train crew, monitor food safety, and help resolve incidents, while scheduling breaks and coordinating shift changes. The role requires a high school diploma and restaurant experience; you will develop future leaders, support office duties, and help manage cash handling, paperwork, and supplies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and health department guidelines.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems.
• Ability to lead and train a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality, safe food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor line, safety, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
• Coordinate crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Support office administration tasks (banking, cash handling policies, paperwork).
• Manage supplies and ensure proper quantities are available.
