Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food and well-trained crew. The role keeps a clean line, ensures equipment works, and supports scheduling and training while serving guests in a fast-casual environment.

The Service Leader helps resolve incidents, monitors food safety practices, and coordinates with front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer service. Prior restaurant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge and adherence to health department matters.
• Cash handling policies and procedures knowledge.
• Restaurant experience is required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in the work location language.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Support crew scheduling, breaks, and line changes; help with office duties as needed.
