Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining safe, quality food and training the restaurant crew. The role focuses on line operations, cleanliness, and timely task completion to support smooth service in a fast-casual setting.

You’ll lead the crew, manage food safety practices, and help with crew development and routine administrative duties. Previous restaurant experience is required, and the employer emphasizes growth opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Restaurant experience.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature, shelf lives, and Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment remains in working order and office supplies are ordered as necessary.
• Ensure the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed.
