Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold safety and quality food standards while training and guiding the restaurant crew. You will maintain a clean, organized line, ensure proper equipment operation, and assist with office tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor line time, temperatures and daily safety checklist.
• Support crew breaks, shifts, meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
