Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining safe, quality food, and well-trained crew. You will keep a clean, efficient line, support food safety practices, and help resolve incidents to sustain great guest experiences.

You will also mentor crew, oversee breaks and schedules, and contribute to office tasks while developing future Service Leaders within a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies.
• Food safety knowledge and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive customer experience and ensure safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and properly functioning; train and support crew.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with administration tasks.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
