Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served, and by guiding a trained crew. You will keep the line organized, monitor equipment, and assist with tasks when not busy.

You will play a key role in training the crew, maintaining safety standards, and supporting restaurant operations, including some administrative duties. Restaurant experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.

Responsabilités

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety practices: hand washing, glove changes and temperature monitoring.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules to maintain efficiency.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew members.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Assist with office administration tasks and ensure supplies are stocked.
