Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a safe, high-quality food experience and to guide the restaurant crew in delivering exceptional service. You will keep the line clean, train crew, and manage shifts while on your feet, supporting daily operations.

You will bring knowledge of food safety, cash handling, and restaurant experience, and mentor future leaders while contributing to a positive guest experience and efficient front-of-house performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Know food safety and health department requirements.
• Experience in a restaurant environment.
• Ability to read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is prepared and served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety.
• Monitor line time/temperature and glove changes.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Schedule and supervise crew breaks and line changes.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Handle office administration tasks and paperwork.
• Maintain office equipment and reorder supplies.
