Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge and adherence to health department requirements.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with handling office paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Restaurant experience and familiarity with fast-casual operations.
• Ability to articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Support crew scheduling, breaks, and shift changes; cross-train front-of-house staff.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office admin duties and ensure supplies are stocked.
