Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Supervise crew, monitor breaks, and coordinate shifts and line schedules.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and cross-training of front-of-house staff.
• Support office administration tasks and ensure supplies and banking policies are followed.
