Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high‑quality food is served and the restaurant crew delivers excellent customer service. The role includes supervising the line, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with training and shift management to optimize operations.

You’ll support food safety policies, monitor times and temperatures, and help resolve customer incidents while contributing to a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Supervise crew, monitor breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Cross-train front of house crew and participate in performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration tasks and ensure supplies are available.
