Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. The role includes training the restaurant crew, maintaining a clean line, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor food safety, assist with crew performance, and participate in office duties while ensuring proper inventory and supplies are available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s philosophy and policies.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality, safe food is prepared and served.
