Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and by training the restaurant crew. You will keep a clean line, monitor equipment, and guide staff to deliver exceptional service.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching front-of-house teams, scheduling, and assisting with daily administrative tasks to support restaurant operations. Prior restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant operations and customer service environments.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
