Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. You will keep a clean line, train the crew, and support day-to-day operations while identifying tasks to complete when busy.

You will help resolve food quality issues, monitor breaks and shifts, and contribute to the development of future Service Leaders while handling occasional office duties.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment; support crew breaks and shifts.
• Evaluate tasks when busy and assist others with outstanding duties.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Support future Service Leaders and assist with office administration duties.
• Ensure supplies, banking policies, and office paperwork are properly managed.
