Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and trained crew. You will keep a clean, organized line and assist when tasks are not busy, while supporting overall restaurant operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining food safety standards, resolving customer issues, training crew, and contributing to office tasks. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety with hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks.
• Monitor line schedules, breaks, and shift changes.
• Develop front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration and supplies as needed.
