Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain exceptional customer experiences by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. The role involves keeping the line clean, supervising schedules, and supporting daily restaurant operations.

You'll bring strong cash handling, food safety knowledge, and excellent communication. Prior restaurant experience and a high school diploma are expected. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a fast-service restaurant preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and cash handling policies.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is served and food safety policies followed.
• Maintain a clean, organized front line and properly functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with office administration, including banking and paperwork as needed.
• Handle customer incidents professionally to maintain a positive experience.
• Develop future Service Leaders for restaurant growth.
