Job summary

Qualifications

• Must understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in, and assist with tasks when not busy.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling; support front-of-house crew development.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with training for future leaders.
• Support with office administration and banking policies as needed.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are kept in good order.
