Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. You will train the restaurant crew and maintain a clean, organized line with functioning equipment.

This role involves hands-on gaps in tasks and supporting various operational duties on shift. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and restaurant experience, knowledge of food safety, and strong cash-handling skills.

Qualifications

• Have knowledge of Cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Helping to resolve food quality issues.
• Supporting food safety which includes hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, and Daily Food Safety Checklist compliance.
• Helping to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Developing and cross training all front of house Crew.
• Assisting with Crew performance reviews.
• Developing future Service Leaders.
• Assisting with office administration duties and keeping supplies stocked.
