Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and that the crew is well trained. The role focuses on a clean, organized line and properly functioning equipment, with hands-on leadership on the restaurant floor.

You will contribute to training, scheduling, and daily operations while supporting food safety and customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Understanding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department matters.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a positive customer experience with safe, quality food.
• Keep the line clean and equipment functioning.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with banking, cash handling policies and office paperwork.
• Support with scheduling, breaks and line changes as needed.
