Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. seeks a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, and the restaurant crew is well trained. You’ll keep a clean line and well-functioning equipment while clocked in, stepping in to help when busy.

You’ll bring knowledge of cash handling, food safety, and office paperwork, plus a high school diploma and restaurant experience to support a growing team focused on great guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, read, and write the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and properly functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with cash handling and banking policies and office duties as needed.
